Dear Steven, Doug and Cindy,

Just wanted to give my sincere thanks on behalf of my grandfather and

myself to you and your staff for the way in which you handled

my grandmothers funeral. We greatly appreciate how helpful and

understanding you were. Nannas' funeral was exactly how I know she

would have wanted it. Thank you for your empathy and for making this

sad and confusing time a lot easier.
