Orange Funeral Service provides a full range of facilities to cater for funerals of every kind all within our premises. Our on-site facilities include:

Chapel

Our chapel is available for all kinds of services whether they are religious, civil or conducted by a family member and we are able to arrange the chapel to suit the smallest gathering. It is available on weekdays, evenings, or weekends.

At present we have a Christian celebrant who can conduct the service should a minister or civil celebrant not be available for an evening service.

Viewing Room

Sometimes members of the family wish to say goodbye at a viewing prior to the funeral taking place. Although difficult this often helps with the process of grief and offers a more peaceful, private chance to say farewells. Our viewing room is situated next to the chapel and offers an intimate, comfortable setting.

Function room

We also offer families the use of the function room which many have used as it takes the strain of finding a facility for after the funeral. It is often beneficial for family and friends to remain together after the service and to continue to reflect on the life of the deceased.

We can offer in-house catering for your wake or you can provide for one yourself at a small extra cost.

The crematorium and Orange Funeral Services are owned by the same local people and as our land runs into the parkland it provides a safe haven for children to play in if the family wish to use our facilities for a wake after the funeral.
